We are proud to announce that as of Friday 2nd July 2010 former Premier League star Robert Taylor joins us as the newly appointed Director of Football. Read our blog for his comments as he heads the newly formed Elite Squads and Managing the Under 21's.  Rob's responsibilities will be to oversee the technically correct training of our players and the mentoring and development of our coaches.  We welcome Rob warmly and wish him every success as he puts East Anglia's Talented young footballers on show.

 

 

 

Congratulations to our 5 Team Anglia GB Players who represented their Country against France in the historic 10-0 Victory in the Takeda Cup and also Manager Simon Johnston who made his debut as the new  National Coach on June 4th 2010.  See the Images in our gallery.

 

 

 

 

 July 2010 is an exciting month for Team Anglia GB with our Amputee Football Showcase day, courtesy of Optua Leisure at the Northgate Sports Centre in Ipswich. See our Blog and Fixtures page for details of the event. All are welcome to attend and admission is free.

 

We are pleased to announce the go ahead for the Team Anglia GB Route Back project focusd on keeping young and talented footballers in the system with the top flight of football. Players are invited to trials at the Football Development Centre in Norwich from Wednesday July 14th.  Read our blog and see the Elite squad pages for details.  Places are filling fast, so if you are relishing the idea of taking on Manchester United, Chelsea & Spurs to name a few then join us and get your playing career at the top level kick started.

The East Anglian Regional Amputee Football Squad.

 

If you were born without a limb or have suffered an Amputation or loss of use of a limb you are able to join the Regions Elite Squad.

 

Compete in the Amputee National Football League.  Challenge for Honours and Trophies.  Meet new friends across the UK and Stake your Claim for a place in the England Amputee Squad to compete Internationally for the Amputee World Cup.

 

 Team Anglia GB is governed by the EAFA the England Amputee Football Association http://www.theeafa.co.uk
